This Policy explains how information belonging to individuals and legal entities who visit the almerakredirisk.com website, complete the contact form or request a consultation with ALMERA is collected, used and protected. Through the contact form we may collect your full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), consultation subject and message content; during your visit, technical data such as browser type, device information, pages visited and approximate location may be collected.

Information collected is used to assess your consultation request and get back to you, clarify the scope of the service you request, ensure the website’s security and performance, and fulfil our legal obligations. Your information is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.

## Confidentiality of corporate information

Information shared during the consultation and subsequent work, such as credit limits, customer portfolios, collateral, payment terms, payment behaviour and company policies, is treated as sensitive corporate information. It is used only for the relevant engagement, is not shared with unauthorised persons and is subject to the confidentiality agreement to be signed between the parties.
